As a Veterans Owned Specialist Security and Project Management Business, Project Synergies provides specialist security engineering and consultancy to our clients to assist them in identifying, mitigating, and managing security risks. Our philosophy is based on providing a holistic approach and implementing proven and innovative solutions that includes security risk assessments, master planning, physical and technology design through to management of any implementation.
Recently completing psychological profile training with the US Texas Ranger’s trainer for major traumatic event like mass shooting combined with clinical hypnosis techniques and coupled with certification in “CPTED” Crime Prevention Through Environmental design makes Project Synergies very unique in is skill sets around holistic security considerations and design.

Paul Harrison has lead and directed a diverse professional team in the development and continuous improvement of innovative and cost effective management support systems, tools and processes to support the companies with a range of services and products. In addition to the above Paul ensured effective utilization and prioritization of resources to deliver significant internal projects within tight time frames, budgets, and compliance with policies and guidelines.
Paul has also diversified his skills into the Mental Health space with his most recent career experience covering Clinical Hypnotherapy, Professional Development and Corporate Training, Suicide Prevention QPR Gatekeeper Training, Mental Health First Aid, Black Dog Institute - Diagnosis and Treatment of PTSD in Emergency Service Workers Certification, REBOOT Recovery - Certification of Attendance - Mental Health Counseling - (Combat Trauma, PTSD and TBI), Certification of Attendance for Emergency Department Co-design Lived Experience W- Mental and Social Health Services, Certificate of Completion - Psychology - Biology and Behaviour. Specialising in in PTS / Trauma, with a consideration in Aged Care and Child Welfare.
